In both bedrooms you will find comfortable and cozy single beds with high-quality bed linen for the best sleeping comfort and plenty of storage space for your luggage. The stylishly furnished bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a hairdryer, a WC, a washing machine and a large storage area. There is also washing powder for the washing machine and a clothes horse to hang up your laundry. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: oven, filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster and a large fridge. There is also a small freezer. The central location in the kitchen makes it the perfect place to end the evening cooking and entertaining together. Up to four people can be seated here. In addition, this apartment offers you a living room with a large comfortable couch including Smart TV and additional seating area, perfect for relaxing evenings! Of course, fast WiFi is also available! A shared laundry room is available in the building for a small fee (€2 per wash cycle). We are happy to provide a baby cot on request. There is a parking space in front of the garage in front of the house, but this cannot be guaranteed. However, there are other parking spaces on the entire street.
