This stunning third floor and converted attic apartment is set over two floors and has far-reaching views to St. Stephen's Church, the New Town and beyond. The apartment, often used by the owner's family offers a tranquil escape with a large dining kitchen with everything you need for a short or extended stay. The other room on this floor is a well-let lounge, benefitting from similar views. There are two shower rooms, and three bedrooms, with King, Twin and Single The space Situated in the top two floors of a beautiful Georgian tenement, on the lower floor, guests are invited to make use of the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. With dishwasher and washing machine, it is a real home from home. In the sitting room, current photos do not have the newly installed Smart TV, which will be available for guests. The sitting room has a genteel atmosphere and benefits from lovely light and views. Halfway up the stairs is a family shower room with sink and loo. On the top floor, you will find a King Size Principal bedroom with en-suite shower room; a twin room and a further single room. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Please note check-in runs from 4 pm to 10 pm. Entry after this time will not be entertained. Check out is at 10 am. If arriving before 4 pm, please ask about our discount code for Stasher. com. Alternatively, you can store bags at Waverley or the bus station. We are unable to allow bag drops at the moment. Sorry. While we try to remain flexible when less busy, please be prepared to abide by these times for your stay. This property shares a communal entrance hallway. Please be quiet upon arrival and avoid dragging suitcases upstairs as it will only annoy our neighbours. Thank you. Other things to note UPDATE ON THE CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL PARKING RESTRICTIONS As of 11 April 2021, the City of Edinburgh Council has introduced Sunday parking charges in Zones 1 to 4. If you intend to drive into the City Centre and park, please be vigilant and check the rules and pricing strategy before you park. Evergreen Property will not be held liable for any parking charges incurred. Other areas of the city may offer free on-street parking or Monday to Friday - please check the local signs on the street. WORK HOURS -communication Evergreen Property has staff managing the Airbnb App from 8 am to 10 pm 7 days a week. Please do not expect an answer outside of these hours. After 5pm, we would ask all guests to message initially via the App, not phone or text as the app is monitored by evening staff and the phone number is for emergencies only. Please also note before booking, that Check in runs from 4 pm to 10 pm. We generally do not allow check ins after 10pm so if you think you may arrive after 10pm, please message us before booking. TOILETRIES AND LOO ROLL Each toilet will be provided with 2 loo rolls - regardless of length of stay and after that, guests are expected to buy their own. Whilst we endeavour to have hand soap, shampoo etc at each property, this is not always possible due to logistics. And, if you have a favourite brand of toiletry we would urge you to bring your own. Many properties have refillable (not recyclable) toiletry containers - if they are empty, please alert us to this but DO NOT recycle. TAP WATER Edinburgh tap water is safe to drink. There is no need to buy bottled if you do not wish to. LICENSING This property has a licence to operate TRAVEL INSURANCE Lastly, we advise you to take out appropriate travel insurance against the need to cancel your trip etc. ALLERGIES OR ANY HEALTH CONDITIONS If you have any allergies or any health conditions we should know about please do inform us at booking.
