Newly renovated, modern interior with quality materials. This medium size tidy luxury double room is located in a quiet peaceful friendly young professional house and secured neighborhood. All beddings and mattresses are new. It is around 3 minutes' walk to public transport, 5-10 minutes' walk to local shops/cafe/restaurants, 5-15mins' drive/bus the city center, close to parks and art gallery. It is a professional house, ideal for business traveler, or tourists. Non-smoker only, thank you. The space Spacious, newly renovated, quiet, modern style house in the most popular area Summertown in Oxford. Located in a very quiet and secured neighbourhood, entrance door and each room have code locks. 2 small puppies live on the back of house for extra security. Currently we are updating the kitchen and painting the communal area, will be a discounted room rate for this working period. Noise will be controlled at the minimum between 9pm and 9am. This guest room has a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside table with a lamp. Please note there is no TV in this room, high speed wifi is provide in the whole house, guest will share the big walking shower room with other guests. Each guest room has its own code lock for security. All rooms have been newly painted and cleaned, with brand new remoter controlled black out blinds. The room for booking up to one month at the moment, if you want longer period stay, please contact me in advance to check the availability. If it’s available, I could unlock some dates on airbnb for you. Promotion rate also available for longer term stay. Thanks. To provide a competitive rate, and save energy due to highly increased energy cost, please keep the lights off if you are not in the room. The heating will be on between mid Oct and mid Mar, the heating and hot water are set up at 6:30am, 6:30pm, and 9pm, The temperature is set up between 18C and 19C. To save your cleaning service charge for a lower room rate, the cleaning service fee will only cover check in clean, bedding washing and check out bedding washing. Guest has allocated bedroom, can use guest dinning area, kitchen, guest walk in shower room. Brand new Bosch wash machine and Tumble dryer are also available for guest who stays one week and longer for included weekly one wash. Please use with consideration of energy saving mode within one hour circle. Please dry clothes on the drying rack in the utility room and put away drying rack back to its original fold position when you take dried clothes away. Extra washing will be £15 each. Please empty the pockets before put the laundry in the wash machine. Please keep the communal area clean as the original condition, clean and tidy up after you use the kitchen and put things you used back to their original place in the cabinets. Please put the bar stool back to its original position after you used it. Please keep the noise to the minimum. Thank you very much. During your stay Please feel free to ask for help whenever needed. The room has been blocked some dates, if you would like longer time to stay, please contact me to check the availability of the room. I also have long term guests living in the property, please take great consideration and clean/clear up after you use the communal areas. Thank you for your kind consideration. Other things to note To be able to provide the lowest rate, the room rate only includes accommodating one person per room. If you have one extra guest, please contact me in advance for confirmation, will be a surcharge of £15 per night for one extra guest. If the extra one guest has more than 10 days' stay, will be £10 per night for one extra guest. The heating and hot water set up at 6am, 6pm and 9pm. If you need to get up early or late time shower, please let me know in advance I will put extra hot water and heating for you, will be extra £3 per hour. Wash machine is available for the guest to stay more than 7 days' length, for use once a week frequency; Any extra laundry washing will be £15 each time. For less than 7 days’ shorter stay guest will be £15 per wash. If you need help with the laundry washing service, it will be £20 per wash/dry. Please, no shoes in the house, no indoor slippers on carpet. non-smoker only please, if you do need smoke, please smoke outside of the house area, thanks. please clear up after your every cooking in the kitchen, please not to leave any personal processions in the communal area, please help to save energy, turn off the lights behind you. The property is located in a very secure and quiet neighborhood, no through traffic. The main entrance and all bedroom doors have secured code lock.
