Rural house in town

Despite its small plot, it really feels secluded to sit on the patio at the back of the house in the summer. Here you can both barbecue, set up for dinner and relax in the lounge furniture or hammock. The house was built in 1909 and, together with all the outbuildings, is a cultural landmark. On the property, in addition to storage, food cellar and woodshed, there is also an old laundry room, hen house and outhouse. 5-minute walk to Kroppskärrsbadet and the start of the Klarälvsbanan, the bus to town stops right outside the gate.
