The Avida Village Cerise Nuvali has a 24x7 roving guards so safety is not a problem. The house really compliments Nuvali which is about nature and open spaces. Enjoy your stay at our home. The space The house is a corner lot and right in front of the pocket park so it is very airy. There is also a convenience store in front just like 711 so you don't have to worry if you need things such as wine, meat, snacks, water etc. The village is very near to the Nuvali Republic Wake Park less than 15 min walk. We have the best spot in the village. You will have the privacy that you need and the convenience you require. Fast PLDT fiber connection and strong Globe\Sun\Smart signal including mobile data. Guest access Feel free to use everything you see in our house :) There are a lot of things you can do in Nuvali. 1.) Bike around the entire Nuvali 2.) Just swim in to the village pool when you feel like it you just need to pay 100 pesos per head. For night swimming you need to make reservation at the village admin office (not available due to covid) 3.) Play basketball at the village court 4.) Go wake boarding to the Republic Wake Park less than 15 min walk or drive it for about 1 min 5.) Ride the Taxi Boat at Nuvali Solenad 6.) Feed Coi Fish Nuvali Solenad 7.) Go visit Camp N there are lot of physical activities you can also go bike trekking here. 8.) Go Bird watching at the Bird Sanctuary 9.) Have Picnics at the Lake side 10.) Outdoor movie's are also available in Nuvali 11.) If you plan to go in Tagaytay there is a transport available at Solenad or I can arrange if you want a private car you will need to pay for it separately Lastly 12.) Spend time at our Lanai grab a drink or grill specially in the afternoons till night. It's very relaxing away from the city.
