Casa Oasi di Pace Moneglia (Peaceful Oasis House)

About two kilometers from the center of Moneglia, the apartment is located in an oasis of PEACE in the small charming village of San Saturnino with a breathtaking panoramic position surrounded by vineyards and olive trees that reach the sea, ideal for lovers of relaxation in the nature, but without giving up the comforts of the center and the beach that can also be reached on foot, just 7 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bus. The space The apartment is located on the first floor of a building of two and opens onto a welcoming living room with a kitchenette that can possibly be separated from the living room via a folding door. Here there is a dining table, two comfortable armchairs which when opened become two single beds, a sideboard equipped with cups, glasses and everything that can be used for meals and a TV. The environment is large and bright thanks to the large French window that opens onto the balcony from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the vegetation of the Ligurian hills. There is also an outdoor table with umbrella and deckchairs to relax in the sun. In the kitchen side you will find stove, a small fridge, oven, kitchen utensils and crockery. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. Finally there is a bathroom complete with sanitary fixtures, shower and washing machine that can be used during the stay. There is free Wi-Fi. There is no private parking but you can leave your car in the free public car parks near the house. The heating for the winter months is autonomous, but for the summer there is no air conditioning which, however, given the slightly raised position surrounded by greenery, is not essential for having a pleasant stay even during the hottest days. Warning: during your stay the gas cylinder that powers the hob could run out and if this happens we will have to have time to replace it, committing ourselves to do so as quickly as possible (holidays permitting). Pets are not allowed. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the house which is rented entirely without spaces shared with others. Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work, before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Airbnb booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist taxes: from 1 March to 31 October the municipality of Castiglione Chiavarese applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per night per guest (aged 12 and over and for a maximum of three consecutive nights) which will be collected in cash at 'I arrive. 2) Additional people compared to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person.
