These centrally located apartment is within walking distance of the old town, mermerli beach, beautiful old harbour, the city centre shops and bazars and public transport. This light and airy loft-style apartment with a big beautiful sea view terrace offers a lovely and comfortable space for people who prefer self catering. The space This light and airy loft-style apartment is on the fifth floor and has a beautiful terrace with sea view. It is freshly renovated and with has handcrafted furniture. There is a double bed and a couch that can be converted into an extra bed, so that the flat can accommodate 4 people. This studio flat shares a common entrance area and washing machine with three of our other holiday apartments, but it is completely separate and has its own main door, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has a lift and pram/wheelchair access. There are paid, secure parking options available. Our flat has fully equipped kitchen and access to washing machine, and dryer. We also provide beach towels and baby equipment. This information is for last-minute reservations. First of all, thank you for making a last-minute reservation with us. Since your reservation was made late in the day and we operate as an apartment rather than a hotel, our staff is currently not on-site as the apartment has already been prepared. Therefore, we kindly ask that you set up the sofa beds yourself. The sofa beds in the apartment are quite easy to convert and can be turned into beds with a few simple steps. Guest access Our apartment is located in the very centre of Antalya, right on the edge of the lively and picturesque old town, and very close to the more modern city centre. The area is very central and all amenities are within a short walking distance. The flat is located in a pedestrian zone, which is a pleasant area for taking an evening stroll. It is just a 10 min. walk to the harbour where you can arrange a boat trip or go to a small beach. There is also a weekly market nearby. The flat is near several public transport options inc. the public bus/tram to and from the airport and the nostalgic tram along the cliff road to Konyaalti Beach. Other things to note Please note that according to Turkish authorities we have to get your passport details and register your info in the government system. This is a fifth floor apartment. Please note that the flat is located in a very lively and busy part of the old town and some people may find it noisy, especially at night. Should you be concerned about the noise issue, you are welcome to cancel your reservation free of charge within 1 hours. And finally, we know that you can find cheaper prices in different locations and hotels. We are confident about the quality and uniqueness of our flats. We are committed to sustainable tourism and pay our staff fair wages which enable them to live decent lives. Please consider this as well when you book with us. For this reason, we do not want to bargain and our prices are not open to negotiation. We thank you for your understanding. Note: We would like to inform our valued guests that, due to reasons beyond our control, there has been damage to the sun umbrella in the apartment because of the storm. We have contacted the relevant company, and it will be compensated as soon as possible. We kindly ask you to make your reservations considering this information. Also our guests are fully liable for any damage done to the property, including by accompanying children.
