Our charming and courtyard style 1bed flat is located on the ground floor of a stone villa in a quiet residential part of Supetar walking distance from the bustling town centre and beaches. It is a gem hidden under the grape wines with lovely secluded outdoor space. It used to be our Granny's apartment and her crocheted curtains are decorating the windows in her memory. It is now a modern rental popular among tourists and visitors. This could be your perfect base to explore entire Brac island! The space In most cases when you rent Piccolo you might end up being only guests in the house. The outdoor space is much bigger than indoors; very secluded and intimate with a charming seating area, outdoor shower and BBQ. And all very centrally located. Guest access All Other things to note We will not ask you to pay for any additional tourist tax! There are no hidden cost at all, but we expect all guests not to leave A/C on while out. There is a family living upstairs on the first floor of the villa. Romana, our tenant will prepare the apartment for you and clean between guests. She speaks basic english, but we can communicate directly for any info/advice etc.
