Lovely loft room with ensuite facilities, fridge, microwave, kettle and refreshment tray, together with a private living/dining room in a quiet, peaceful bungalow. I am ideally located close to the centre of Sunderland, close to the Empire Theatre, Stadium of Light, National Glass Centre, Sunderland University and my location is perfect for the Sunderland International Airshow. Newcastle and Durham are easily accessible too. The space My house is in a quiet area just off Chester Road and close to the hospital. Guest access You will access to a large well equipped kitchen, private living room/dining and large patio area, ideal in the summer! During your stay I have happy to interact with guests and can provide advice about the area if required. Other things to note There is Wi-Fi, free parking and a light breakfast included.
