Cabin in the woods, 25 minutes from Ski resort!

Escape to Nature on 20 Private Acres! Unwind at our peaceful cabin on 20 acres of Wisconsin woods. Enjoy the private stocked pond with a kayak and paddle boat, fishing, bonfires, and trails. The cabin has 3 private bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) plus a loft queen bed open to the living room, 2 full baths, perfect for families or friends. 30 min to Wisconsin Dells, 10 min to downtown Montello, 30 min to Cascade Mountain, 40 min to Devil’s Head Resort. The space This year-round home offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The main level features a fully stocked kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils. While there is no traditional stove, we provide a flat-top cast iron griddle with two burners (see photos) and a convection oven large enough for pizzas. The home includes 3 private bedrooms plus a loft sleeping area with 1 king and 3 queen beds, along with 2 full bathrooms. One upstairs and one downstairs. All linens are provided. Please note that guests must climb one flight of stairs to access the entrance (see photos). The wood-burning stove is temporarily out of service as we work toward repairs. One-night stays are available on weekdays; weekend reservations require a two-night minimum. Guests must be 25 or older to book and may be asked to provide ID. We are a pet-friendly property, so your furry friend is welcome to join your stay. Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes) is not permitted inside the home. A $150 fee will be charged if smoke odor is detected. Please note that lawn service may arrive any day of the week. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, 20 acres of land, and the private pond. Paddle boat, kayak, canoe, and floats are available for your enjoyment. We will send the access code and detailed check-in instructions the morning of your arrival. Please note: • No hunting is allowed on the property. • The pond is catch and release only. A $250 restocking fee will apply if fish are kept. 📍 Directions: Apple Maps will guide you to 10th Drive, but Google Maps will take you directly to the house. Because GPS can sometimes be inconsistent in this area, we provide very detailed directions with your check-in message to ensure you arrive without any trouble. The property manager lives across the pond and is available if needed, while still respecting your privacy. Other things to note This is truly our home away from home, and we appreciate you treating it with the same care you would your own. ☕ Coffee: A Keurig with K-cups is provided. We also have a standard coffee pot available, we provide k-cups and coffee but feel free to bring your favorite grounds. Kitchen: You’re welcome to use common condiments in the refrigerator. Grill: A Weber charcoal grill is available; please bring your own charcoal. Fire pit: Located by the pond. You’re welcome to gather fallen wood along the edge of the woods for your fire. You’ll find children’s toys in the cedar chest in the living room. Please return them before checkout if used. We want you to enjoy everything the property has to offer.
