Located in one of the prettiest neighborhoods in the downtown area- The Historic Old North End. Monument Valley Park & Santa Fe Trail across the street for running, walking, biking & sunsets! Walk to Colorado College. Our sunny 75 yr. old historic cottage has gorgeous yards, propane Weber grill, fire table, two patios, hardwood floors, birch log gas fireplace. This is our personal home that we live in when not traveling, but we provide adequate storage for your stay. The space Built in 1947 as a Montgomery Ward "Mail Order Home" for returning soldiers from WW II and their families. This 2 bedroom and 1 1/2 Bath has stainless appliances and granite in kitchen, many spices and cookware, (it’s antique- no garbage disposal), indoor gas fireplace, 43” Smart TV in livingroom and 32” Smart TV in master bedroom, with Amazon Prime, Netflix, and antennas for 45 local channels. DVD players with assortment of our favorite movies. Or bring your own Firestick, or Roku. Little ones enjoy a few toys, blocks and board games. Complete laundry and laundry soap in the basement. If we aren’t traveling, we may be in our new vintage- type 16 ft tiny trailer parked behind our 7 ft privacy fence. You probably won’t see us or hear us. We very much respect your privacy. *****This is our private home, but we give you ample storage space in each bedroom and bath. Guest access You will enjoy our Entire Home, Front and Backyards, Front and Back Patios, Fenced Back Yard. Parking for one or two cars in the back of the house on the driveway, next to driveway or in front of our home. We have a locked single car garage and a locked room in basement for supplies and extra decor that are accessed by our housekeeping. If you need to access our locked garage for bikes or kayaks or other gear, please let us know. We do not receive US Postal Mail. We do receive Amazon or FED EX packages. Other things to note Bring or rent bikes.. it's a great neighborhood and city to ride in. Let us know ahead of time and you can keep your bikes in our locked garage. Permit #1277
