The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a sleeping area and a topper provides additional comfort (140 × 200 cm). The bedroom is equipped with a 160 × 200 cm wide bed, which offers enough space for two guests. Due to the furnishing with two TVs (in the living room and bedroom) and the separation of the sleeping and living room area by a small hallway, the apartment can also be ideally inhabited by two people without having to go through each other's sleeping area. This also applies to the bathroom, which was recently equipped with a new shower cabin. The apartment also has two separate work areas that can be used separately.
