Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma is also very near. Töölö bay is just around the corner with Linnunlaulu neighbourhood. Nice park is around the bay. On westbank there is Finlandia House (Alvar Aalto design) and Finnish National Opera, Eastbank has few famous wooden villas overlooking the bay and nice café with the great view at the summertime. A wide range of services, such as shopping centres, shops, cafes, restaurants and cinemas, are within walking distance. You can reach both the Helsinki Central railway station and bus station on foot, and the airport is less than 30 minutes away. Ferries to Stockholm (Silja Line) and Estonia (e.g. Linda Line) are about 15-20 minutes by tram from the apartment. Helsinki is great city to bike or just explore the city by walking.
