Private accommodation in a villa with pool

A place of calm and rest. Not intended for festive events. Only families, couples. Ideal size accommodation for 4-5 people but can sleep up to 8 people. Rates below 110 euros/night do not give access to the outdoor area (terrace, barbecue and swimming pool), you can contact me directly if you wish to access it for a rate adjustment for your reservation. From 110/night, pool access, terrace and barbecue swimming pool 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. garden 10 p.m. The space The accommodation is an annex of the host's house with a separate entrance. 2 bedrooms available with up to 8 beds, a bathroom, a kitchen, toilet Individual fridge, induction, oven, microwave... Bedroom 1: a 160 cm queen size sofa bed on the ground floor and 1 mattress for 2 people and 1 person on the floor on the mezzanine Bedroom 2: 1 double 140 cm and single bunk bed In winter, the heating temperature is set at 19 degrees as requested by the French state. The outdoor area with the pool, garden and barbecue area accessible from 110 euros are shared with the host who lives in the other part of the house. But its use remains restricted. Guest access Private accommodation + pool and barbecue area depending on the rate swimming pool open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. outdoor space allowed until 10 p.m. Other things to note this place is not suitable for groups of friends, let alone for noisy evenings.
