Ideally families with 2 children. ​Access to the pool is included in all nights over 130 euros The pool: 9 AM - 8 PM The garden: 10 PM The space Welcome to our private annex, a space designed entirely for your comfort and privacy. Adjoining our house but with its own entrance, this extension is the perfect retreat for guests. ​Nighttime areas: ​Bedroom 1: A flexible space with a high-quality Queen-size sofa bed (160 cm) on the ground floor. On the mezzanine, an additional sleeping area. ​Bedroom 2: Convenient and cozy, with a bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on the top). ​Kitchen & Amenities: Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, individual fridge). One bathroom and a separate toilet complete the accommodation. ​Please note: Due to its layout (steps, mezzanine), the accommodation is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The pool area and the covered summer garden (from May 2026) are accessible. Guest access You have full, independent access to the entire annex. The entrance is completely separate from our main house to ensure you have complete privacy. ​Check-in is completely self-service using a lockbox, or I can welcome you in person depending on my availability. You can park your vehicle for free on the street. A small welcome gift will be waiting for you upon your arrival ☺️ To enjoy the pool, it is possible to check in earlier or check out later for 35 euros/hour Other things to note Comfort first: For your peace of mind, the beds are made before your arrival, and bath towels are provided free of charge. ​Peaceful environment: To preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, this property does not accept groups of friends or festive events. Respect for the quiet atmosphere is essential, and any breach may result in an early end to your stay. ​Important Things to note: The pool is accessible from May 5th.
