A large triple/quadruple room in a traditional house in the heart of the medina of Fes. The room is on the ground floor and has en-suite washroom and separate en-suite shower room. Air-conditioning. A baby cot can be provided at no extra charge. There are 2 standard single beds and 1 standard double bed. The space Dar Drissi is a traditional house in the ancient Fez Medina. The house is at least 250 years old. It has been extensively restored using traditional crafts to complement its original features, most of which survive intact. It has been converted into a charming guest house with five bedrooms, each with modern en-suite facilities discreetly installed to preserve its original ambience. The house is in the heart of the Medina, close to shops, restaurants and sight-seeing locations. There is a courtyard and a large roof terrace with sheltered seating and views over the Medina and of the Atlas Mountains beyond. Breakfasts are served between 8 and 10am. You are usually asked when you arrive what time suits you best. There is plenty to eat and drink - typically: Coffee or tea, fresh squeezed orange juice, French and Moroccan breads, butter, soft cheese, jam, yogurt; an egg and/or cereal if you would like them. This triple room is called the Courtyard Salon. This ground floor room contains two standard single beds and 1 standard double bed. It has an ensuite WC / washroom and a separate en-suite shower room. It is a large, high-ceilinged room with iconic very large wooden doors. Other rooms are separately listed on this site. The rental price includes breakfast, clean towels and bed linen and daily room cleaning. TVA (VAT) and local taxes are included. Our friendly staff will look after you from your arrival in Fez to your eventual departure. We will assist you with all matters to maximise the enjoyment of your stay with us. We also offer 3-course traditional home-cooked Moroccan evening meals for 220 MAD (approximately €20/ £18) per person. (We require 24 hours notice). Guest access Free Wifi is provided. (Ask the manager for the security key). The courtyard and roof terrace are available throughout the day and evening. You may use the house kitchen during the day to prepare your own food and beverages if you so choose. On your departure day, after checking out of your room you can leave your bags in the house (at your own risk) until your departure later in the day. (There is also a toilet off the courtyard that is available).
