The house is located right on the beach with direct, easy access to the crystal clear waters of Psathopyrgos bay. It is surrounded by spacious yards with tables and sitting area, which, in combination with the big trees forming nice shade, the amazing view and tranquility of the sea tend to tempt you spend most of the day outside of the actual house building in the summer! Going to bed and waking up with a taste of the sea salt, is one of the main features that make this house unique. The space The interior of the house is formed by 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 single with second pull-out bed), 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room with dining table and fireplace area that can offer a different, more cosy atmosphere in the event of weather change. One more person can sleep either in the comfy sofa in the living room or on a floor mattress in the bedroom with the single bed. The backyard consists of a garden with fruit-bearing trees that ends to the private parking area of the house. We love food and we appreciate that it is an important part of an enjoyable stay, so we can offer you a home cooked meal on any day you request it! (extra service at a fee).
