The space — IDEALLY LOCATED — ✦ The apartment is a stone's throw from Paris and is close to public transportation. - SNCF train station 3 min walk away, which serves Paris Saint Lazare station in 5 min. - Metro 13 is a 7-minute walk away, which serves the Champs-Elysées in 15 minutes. - Metro 14, 20 min. walk, which serves Gare de Lyon in 10 min. ✦ Many nearby restaurants and shops. ✦ A City Guide of the best places around will be sent to you before your arrival. — THE ACCOMMODATION — ✦ The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator access in a secure residence and overlooks a quiet courtyard. ✦ The kitchen is new and fully equipped: oven, induction cooktop, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine (coffee and tea provided), kettle, toaster, cooking utensils... ✦ The bedroom is bright and spacious: Bed 140 x 190, dressing room with lots of storage, iron available. Bed and bath linens are provided. A 1-seater inflatable bed and a baby crib are also available (on request only). ✦ Wi-Fi included ✦ Washing machine ✦ Bathroom with shower and hair dryer available. The toilet is in the bathroom. Guest access Access to the apartment is autonomous via a 24-hour secure key box.
