Free parking, beach access and a restaurant bar, we will have you wanting to extend your stay! The space This 3rd floor condo has amazing views of the Gardens, Pools and ocean. With 3 bedrooms and a den, equipped with 5 beds, and a TV in each room, there is plenty of room for your family and friends to be comfortable. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite baths and there is a 3rd full bathroom, all towels and lines included. Enter the kitchen and prepare all your meals as its fully equipped with all the necessities. The 22 cubic foot fridge gives you plenty of space to keep your food and drinks cold. Additionally, there is a water cooler and dishwasher for convenience. This condo has front and rear balcony's, open the doors and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze and the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. There is plenty of seating for you and your family to sit and watch the sun go down. Finally there is a clothing washer, dryer and dry rack, blow dryer and iron for your convenience. We look forward to hosting you and your families in this magnificent beachfront condo. Guest access You will have complete privacy of the condominium you rent. The common areas will be shared by others, owners, and renters. This includes the pools, gardens, bar / restaurant, elevators, parking, etc. Other things to note Please note there is additional charges to your rental: 1. $250 pesos per person for condominium access bracelets, which is paid at check in to the administration. 2. Your power consumption during your stay at a rate of $3.8 pesos per kWh. A security deposit of $400 pesos per night will be required to be transferred the night before arrival. After check out, an energy consumption calculation with be completed. If there is a surplus of deposit, we will send the difference back to you, and if there is an excess in usage, we request that you pay the difference. 3. There is a gym in the condominium that is a paid extra service for rental guests. With your rental you receive 10% discount at El Sonido de Las Olas restaurant in Ixtapa. They are open 8 am to 2 pm daily, closed on Wednesday. They are located in front of Intercam Bank, behind Rubens Hamburgers.
