There is a £150 good housekeeping/damage deposit to be paid on this property There is a large top of the range hot tub, large wooden table with its own outside Kitchen area, built in BBQ, a wood fired pizza oven for you to enjoy freshly made pizza, a full size pool table and hammock on the veranda to enjoy with the view of the lake , there is a gate and several steps from the veranda which leads on to the private fishing jetty to enjoy fishing Guest access This log cabin has ramp access and secure gates for the lake and exit Other things to note 1. NO Smoking or Vaping of ANY kind inside the lodge 2. Please report any breakage /damage to me immediately, also allowing a reasonable amount of time for me to rectify any issues should they arise. 3. Decking Lights come on automatically in the dark 4. Any extensive damage must be paid for 5. Please leave the holiday home clean on departure and to the standard found on arrival 6. Please take out all rubbish and place in the bin behind the holiday home 7. Please report any items that are not working to me, any batteries/ bulbs that go please let me know I have spares
