CASA CAIMÁN. MODERN BEACH FRONT HOUSE

Beautiful minimalist oceanfront house. A swimming pool and private beach. Two bedrooms on the first floor and a large private bungalow on the ground floor. Each has a private bathroom, a king-size bed, and comfortable single sofa beds. The upstairs rooms have a terrace with a hammock and the bungalow has a deck with its own lounge chairs. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom with ocean views. The space Spacious areas, open living room and dining room overlooking the pool and the sea. Surrounded by reflecting pools. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and feature ceiling fans and closets. We recommend ordering the meal service, but if you want to do it yourself, the kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, kettle, blender, coffee maker and cooking accessories. Guest access Off-site parking for 6 cars. Beach and bath towels available. Our hosts are always attentive to guests' needs. General cleaning is included once a day. The house is private and is located 5 minutes away from downtown by car or 25 minutes away on foot. There is a bike path and public lighting. Other things to note Hilda is an excellent cook and we have options for breakfast, snacks and à la carte meals (with an extra cost). Let us know if you require the service one day in advance. From December to May, you have access to the beach (it's almost across the street) where you can swim. From June to November the tide rises and that small beach practically disappears so you can see the sea but it is not possible to swim.
