Our home is spacious, spotless, comfortable and has everything your family needs to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway - seamless open plan layout connecting indoor to outdoor entertaining area, large pool, fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtops, kids space/media room, BBQ, coffee machine, free WiFI and parking. Located walking distance to spectacular beaches, picturesque river, cafes, restaurants and boutiques. The space Our home is ideal for your vacation and can comfortably sleep two families. Enjoy quality time in this private space - watch the kids swim in the pool while you prepare lunch or enjoy a drink on the deck. The large windows in our living space pick up beautiful sea breezes, keeping the home comfortable no matter the weather. We have plenty to keep the kids entertained outdoors - pool, basketball area as well as board games, books, lego and duplo and access to Disney+, Netflix or Binge on one of the Smart TV's. The main bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, ensuite and walk in closet and looks straight out onto the pool. Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 all include a double bed. All bedrooms have ducted air conditioning/heating. Inclusions - linen, bath towels, coffee machine and beans, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, cleaning products, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent. Take an easy 10 minute walk to our closest beach and a 15 minute walk to the patrolled Alexandra Headland beach, a 3 minute drive to Maroochydore Beach and a 5 minute drive to Mooloolaba. Idyllic Cotton Tree with its park, river and an array of cafes and restaurants is also only 3 minutes drive. We are also conveniently located a 5 minute drive to Sunshine Plaza shopping centre. Our area is home to so many great restaurants that cater for all tastes - we will be happy to leave you with some recommendations. All major fast food outlets and a variety of takeaway food stores are within minutes drive.
