Our home caters to those in search of a quiet, clean, well-equipped, family focused vacation experience. The property has 24/7 onsite management for added guest safety and your hosts reside in a neighboring unit, ensuring there is someone always available to you. Magazine, games, books, and DVDs are all here for your enjoyment. Both bedrooms and the main living space have TVs for those quiet nights at home. You'll also have access to all of our beach equipment. This includes chairs, a beach cart, noodles, kickboards, sand toys, and various items to enjoy your idyllic beach day! Our home is fully equipped with all bed linens, towels, toiletries (cruelty-free), coffee/tea, and seasonings/spices. We believe that health and safety is critically important to offering a 5 star guest experience. As such we employ professional cleaners who thoroughly clean and disinfect all surfaces ahead of your stay. Mattresses and pillows are all protected by antimicrobial covers for added protection. We consider this neighborhood to be the ideal home base for an OC vacation. Just steps from Coastal Highway, but tucked away in a residential locale, it provides the best of both worlds. You are directly behind the 118th Street shopping plaza which offers several restaurants, a grocery store, and other conveniences. The beach is less than a half mile, just across Coastal Highway. Also walk to The Original Crabcake Factory, The Original Greene Turtle, Fast Eddie's, The Buzzed Word, and the OC Bayhopper water taxi service...quick and enjoyable water transportation to all the hot spots along the Bay. Guest access Free parking year round. You will be provided with 1 parking pass upon check in for use during your stay (only required in season). Just a few minutes away via walking is the OC Bayhopper water taxi, giving you added options to get to the amusements and restaurants near the inlet, but without the chaos of driving. Or, get a 24 hour Beach Bus Pass for $4 and take unlimited trips on the public bus from the DE border to the Inlet. Indoor Pool Details: The indoor pool is heated and open year round for guests. The indoor pool and sauna are located in a free-standing building about a 4 minute walk from the villa. As per all the on-site amenities, there are no shared indoor hallways or walkways to access. Parking is available directly outside the pool building and other amenities if needed. Other things to note This is a safe, family friendly condo close to a variety of restaurants and things to do. Please no parties as this is a quiet, tight-knit, residential community. Our neighbors will not hesitate to report any excessive noise to the property management, the Police, and to us, so we ask you to respect them. We don't like those awkward late night calls either! This condo is bayside Ocean City. The bay is primarily for water sports; jet skis, boating, fishing, etc. There are no public beaches on the bay in Ocean City - probably for good reason as there are many jellyfish. The bay does have the most beautiful sunsets, and there are several areas and micro-parks to view the bay throughout our neighborhood. Registration Details 28924
