Suite 32 is a 51 sqm. fully-furnished 2-bedroom 2-bathroom combined unit condo suite located in Quezon City, Philippines (walking distance from the nearest mall, SM North EDSA). The space It's one of the more premium units in Tower 3 of the Grass Residences Condominium. Guests usually park in the Car Park Building, then walk 3-5 minutes to the Tower 3 elevators, and head up to the unit on the 32nd floor. The essentials are all part of the rental: - 2 bedrooms (the Sunset Room & the Glass Room) - 2 bathrooms (with toilet bidet, toiletries, bath towels & shower heater) - Dining Area/Living Room (with smart TV that has a built-in Netflix account & speedy internet connection) - Kitchen (with dinnerware, drinking glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils & appliances such as a microwave, refrigerator, electric stove with exhaust fan, rice cooker, electric kettle & fire extinguisher) - With airconditioning - With a great view from the balcony Designated parking slot for 1 vehicle (if available) can be offered at an additional cost. Guest access About the Bedrooms: The "Sunset Room" is considered the master's bedroom mainly because of its size and location. It's as large as a standard studio unit with enough floor space for guests to lay the foldable futon on for an additional person to sleep in. The bed can fit 2 adults or even 3 children. The "Glass Room" is personally my favorite room. For what it lacks in size, it makes up for its coziness and lighting fixtures. I recommend this room for young kids since the fairy lights make good night lights, too. ***About the Condo Amenities (open daily from 7:00AM-10:00PM): - Swimming Pools (for adults & kids) - Fitness Gyms - Basketball Court (bring your own ball) - Badminton Court (bring your own racket and shuttlecock) - Footbridge connecting to SM North EDSA (open until 12:00AM) ***NOTE: Use of amenities may temporarily be suspended during your stay if the condominium management wishes to impose stricter safety measures within the community. Other things to note Suite 32 is my home away from home, and each guest that it becomes home to is entrusted with its utmost care. The furniture is expensive, and I spend money on the unit's maintenance and replenishing its freebies. To my guests, please take care of my home, take only what you need, and ensure that anything that isn't complimentary is still there upon check-out and in good condition.
