Unique barn conversion with beautiful marsh views
Description
This recently converted barn is situated on the edge of the North Kent Marshes, with stunning views of the birds and wildlife on the marshes and surrounded by pear orchards to the rear. You’ll enjoy complete privacy, with no surrounding properties and a real sense of peace and tranquillity. The property is located in the middle of a working farm, with our sheep grazing the marshes and a variety of fruit grown in the orchards. The space The house is cosy and snug, with exposed beams and oak wood joinery throughout. The property offers 2 bedrooms; the main bedroom has a king size bed, with a second twin bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. The main room contains a well equipped kitchen, table seating for 4 people and a comfortable seating area looking out across the marsh and orchards. A paved patio area offers outside seating. The front and back doors are both accessed by 3 steps, with a further 2 steps inside the property. Guest access Private gate access opens from the road on to a gravel drive with parking for 2 cars. Other things to note The property is not fenced from the surrounding farm and, although well behaved dogs are welcome, it is not suitable for letting dogs roam unsupervised. This is a working farm, so tractors and farm workers will be working in the orchards and marsh surrounding the house from time to time. An unfenced, open-water ditch runs the length of the property approximately 5 meters from the house.
