Excellent location, minutes from beautiful beaches. Private, new addition; no entry through home; entrance through French Doors off of private deck with chairs. Guest suite over 400 sq. ft. with 2 full beds, sleeps 4 plus an additional air mattress. Efficiency kitchen, full refrigerator with ice maker, microwave & coffee maker. Dining table. Big screen TV, wifi, walk-in closet. Full bathroom. 5 minutes from Wal-Mart Supercenter. A few minutes from restaurants. The space We're on a very quiet one acre lot. The guest suite is 150ft off of the street with a private driveway. We're minutes from a Super Walmart, which is open 24 hours, & are minutes from the beach. Very safe neighborhood. Self check-in with keypad. Because of COVID-19, Airbnb has issued their recommendations for sanitizing guest rentals. Therefore, it has increased the time and product that our cleaners charge. We now must charge a sanitizing fee of $25. But on the bright side, you will be staying in a sanitized room. Southern Wind's primary goal is to ensure your safety while enjoying time in Navarre.
