Located between Paris and Le Mans, in the heart of the Perche Regional Park, our cottage La Mare aux Loups is furnished and decorated by us, in a charming farmhouse adjoining our house. The cottage is conveniently located for discovering the pretty little Percheron villages, and offers many opportunities for walks. The space The cottage is composed of an independent entrance to a fitted kitchen, a living area, a very spacious shower room suitable for people with reduced mobility, and a toilet. A large accessible PRM bedroom, 1 bed 160 x 200. On the 1st floor, beautiful bedroom, 1 bed 160 x 200, toilet, a mezzanine with 2 beds 90 x 190 and a sofa bed. Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Private parking. Other things to note Non-smoking cottage. Dogs and cats are allowed. Upon arrival you will find consumables such as; -toilet paper - garbage bags - sponges - rolls of baking paper and aluminum foil -dishwashing products, housekeeping, washing machine -salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar cube, white powder, it's up to you to provide everything you use on a daily basis.
