Affordable room great access to Central London

Bus stop opposite the house, between Southgate & Arnos Grove 30 mins to King’s Cross, 40 to Central London, with easy access to tourist attractions & Heathrow Airport.Wardrobe, drawers, TV with Netflix, small table & chair. Towels & toiletries. Free street parking. Small friendly dog may appear for belly rubs. Please note our house is only suitable for dog lovers. NOT SUITABLE for working from home or staying in all day. The space We live in a very quiet area of North London within easy reach of Central London. The house :3 bedroom's house with one full bathroom upstairs and a small loo downstairs ,1x sitting room , 1x kitchen and garden. This is our family home you will be sharing with us. The room has a lot of storage space & a TV- main bedroom of the house. The cleaning fee does not cover cleaning during your stay.The are cleanings items availble and guests are encouraged to clean their own room , change bed , towels during stay should you feel there is a need. Kitchen can be used for cooking, no cooking after 22:00 . Fridge and cupboards available for stora.Has all basics kettle/ toaster/microwave. We encourage guests to use the washing machine once a week . Washing powder is not provided. There are drying racks in the room. Kitchen use : we ask that guests wash up , DRY and please put away items used straight after use. Bin/waste collection is on Tuesday- Blue bin is recycling :grey is general waste :green is garden Please be mindful this a home therefore expect minor noise when we wake up/ cook/clean at the wkends. No visitors allowed No smoking/vapping in the house or garden. Bookings on behalf of others will not be accepted Guest access Guest are welcome to sit in the garden if the weather permits There is a bus stop opposite the house and off street parking in our road. From Heathrow airport you can come all the way in the underground tube to Arnos Grove (Picadilly line) The bus that leaves from our road also goes to New Southgate Railway overground station which has great links to central London. During your stay We both work from home sometimes and cook alot so we are always happy to have a chitchat but will also respect guests privacy. Our dog Through her eyes the house belongs to her so we put a lot of effort training her. She is a 6 years old , fully house trained, hypoallergenic however be mindful :Please do not feed her with human food as it can be toxic . Do not let her eyes trick you ! Other things to note The room is for ONE person only Shops & Essentials • Tesco (small supermarket) – 12-minute walk • Asda (large superstore) – 15 minutes by bus • Pharmacy – 10-minute walk Food & Dining Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find a range of restaurants and takeaways: • 3 Pizzerias • Greek, Indian, Turkish, Chinese, and Kebab shop • Traditional Fish & Chips • Coffee shop, pub, and other casual dining options Other Amenities • Gym and Post Office – both around 10 minutes away by bus Parks & Green Spaces There are several lovely parks nearby with great walking routes, including Oakhill Park, Brunswick Park, Arnos Grove Park, and Trent Park. Transport We are located between Arnos Grove and Southgate stations, each just 10–12 minutes away by bus. Additional Notes We have another room listed on Airbnb, so you may occasionally see one other guest. However, we keep occupancy to a maximum of two people (one per room). Please note we have a small dog, as mentioned in the listing — be sure you’re comfortable with this before booking! ***Our quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
