This is a newly renovated four-bedroom double storey terrace house situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Kuching (BDC area). It is fully furnished with new furnitures. Less than 10 minutes drive from Kuching International Airport, and is about 20 minutes drive to Kuching Waterfront area. There is a supermarket, bakeries, and lots of eateries (near Saradise) within 2 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk. This house is suitable for group of friends or families, which can accommodate up to 8 pax. The space It is spacious, newly-renovated, and comfortable and fully air-conditioned. THE ROOMS Bedroom 1: Queen Size Bed + 1 Bathroom Bedroom 2: Two Super Single Bed Bedroom 3: One Super Single Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Size Bed + One Super Single Bed Two Common bathrooms Bedsheets, duvet, shower gel, hair shampoo, toilet rolls and towels are provided. KITCHEN Light cooking is allowed in our kitchen. We have provided a fridge, electric oven, induction cooker, jug kettle, pots, pans, rice cooker and other kitchen utensils. COMMON AREA Living room with comfortable sofa. TV and audio player available for entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is available. CARPARK Sheltered car park fit for 2 cars.
