The space The Flat is divided into a leisure area and a sleeping area by the work desk and the closet below the TV. The kitchen area with table is very small and you can have lunch or dinner. The apartment is air-conditioned that is controlled by the guest. Guest access You can use the sauna, gym and swimming pool during your stay at no additional cost. Check-in is from 3 pm onwards and is made at the entrance. Check-out is no later than 11:00 am. The building has parking (1 space can be used by guests at no additional cost). Other things to note The Flat is a few minutes walk from Mêtro Consolação and Paulista. It has several Stores and is two blocks from Augusta Street. 1-2 guests: up to 5 nights: 1 bahno towel per guest and 1 double bed linen set. from 6 nights up to 14 nights: 2 bahno towel per guest and 1 double bed linen set. from 14 nights: 2 bahno towels per guest and 2 bedding set for the double bed. Linens and towels will be changed or bedding will be charged separately.
