Welcome to our cozy cottage with fantastic sea views, on Sjuhalla in Karlskrona's archipelago, about 13 km from central Karlskrona. Here you live quietly and close to nature with the beach only 150 meters from the cabin – as you can see from the balcony. The cottage was renovated in 2024/2025 and offers an open floor plan in a modern and well-equipped accommodation with high standard. The space The accommodation is located on a private, fenced plot with lawn and swing set. At the entrance, there is a small terrace furnished with a table and two armchairs. At the back, there is a spacious and sunny terrace with partial views of the beach and the sea. The balcony is furnished with a sofa set, dining set, parasol and barbecue, which creates good conditions for both relaxation and meals outdoors. Kitchen and living room renovated in 2025, modernly furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new fridge and freezer, stove with glass hob/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living room is furnished with new furniture, including a sofa bed, coffee table and dining table, as well as equipped with a new 43-inch TV. Bedroom renovated in 2025, furnished with new beds and associated furniture for a comfortable stay. Bathroom renovated at the end of 2024 The newly-renovated bathroom is equipped with modern bathroom fittings, shower and toilet. Washing machine/dryer. There is also a church, health center, a small café, two pizzerias, ICA and Coop stores, a hairdresser and a gas station. From Nättraby city center, the Archipelago boat Axel runs the route into Karlskrona city center. There is the possibility of boarding and disembarking at Sjuhalla Brygga, which is about 800 meters from the property.
