Loft in Hartford

Hosted by Judy and Greg, our home is close to art, culture, live theater, and restaurants. Our home is also close to major insurance companies, the state capitol and state of Connecticut offices and several universities. You’ll love the cozy 3rd floor loft. We also offer off street parking. Garage space is also available as an option. Our home is a perfect destination for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space Loft style 1 bedroom apartment with private bathroom and full kitchen on 3rd floor. Hosts live on 1st and 2nd floor. Our home was featured on HGTV's "Restore America" and a video clip can be seen on YouTube by searching for "Secord Hartford" Guest access Smart lock entrance and stairway shared with hosts. Loft has shared and open stairway with the hosts living quarters on the 1st and 2nd floor. Loft is on 3rd floor with no door separating it from the stairway.but privacy not an issue. Other things to note Off street parking with designated parking space. Back yard patio with gas grill and comfortable front porch (with WiFi) available for guest use.
