4BR Salt Pool Villa near Naiharn

Our luxury, modern 4BR Villa Virginie is built on a single level, on a large plot of land 650 sqm with 3 en-suite bedrooms in main building and 4th room in an independent pavilion with an over-sized bathroom. 3-meter-high ceilings & huge glass sliding doors make the villa bright and comfortable. All bedrooms have direct access to outdoor area and wooden deck surrounding the swimming pool. The villa is just 200m from Sai Yuan Road, a lively area in heart of Rawai, and 5 min drive by Naiharn beach The space The pool's slightly salted water does not require any chlorine treatment. It leaves the skin fresh and healthy and you can even open your eyes underwater. The contemporary furniture gives a lot character to villa Virginie. The kitchen is very nicely equipped and you can enjoy your dinners indoor or outdoor. There is a gated carpark. Guest access The villa is 100% yours. The pool is private. There is a gated car-park. Other things to note Apart from electricity, our price is all inclusive: in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Check-out cleaning and light-speed WIFI are also included. Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot and a baby chair upon request. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed. A damage deposit of 5000 THB is requested upon check in. Your deposit will be refunded in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the property (1200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night. Electricity is charged at 7 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 170 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the property, you will most likely pay an additional 250 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
