A furnished house in Adelaide City CBD with a private rear garden, secure car park, WiFi internet & laundry facilities. Conveniently located in Adelaide City CBD. Gouger Street Precinct, Chinatown, & Central Market - 7 to 12 minute walk (800m). Adelaide Casino, Rundle Mall & Adelaide Oval - 24 to 30 minute walk (2-3km). Free City Loop bus stops S1 & H1 - 5 minute walk (500m). Convenience store / Shell Petrol Station / Hungry Jacks - 4 minute walk (350m) Glenelg Beach (9km) The space My house is a 2 bedroom duplex with under cover secure car park space for one car (up to size of small SUV). There are plenty of street parking in close proximity also. There is a small secure back yard with clothesline facilities. The kitchen, bathroom & laundry has been newly renovated. The entrance door opens up into the newly renovated kitchen which overlooks the meals area & lounge room. The lounge room is furnished with a TV, sofa, tower air con, ceiling fan, a gas heater. Bedroom 1 is a sunlit room featuring a double bed, large built-in-robes, tower air con & ceiling fan. There is no heating in bedroom 1. Bedroom 2 features up to 3 single beds, ceiling fan & a tower air con. There is no heating in bedroom 2. Guest access Guests will have the house to themselves (ie. You will not be sharing with others) Guests will be sent information about my house before arrival. Check in is 'self-check-in' via an electronic keypad door lock. The keypad code will be released at about 2:45pm, unless early check-in is organised. Other things to note GUEST POLICY Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property. Please ensure the correct number of guests is entered when making the booking. If you're unsure, please contact me in advance. Unregistered guests will be charged an additional $100 per person, per night. NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, OR LOUD MUSIC To maintain a peaceful environment, parties, large gatherings, and loud music are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a $300 eviction fee. SECURITY CAMERAS For your safety, surveillance cameras are installed to monitor the external front and rear entrances. Please note that the electronic door lock may occasionally say, “someone is wandering around” when it detects repeated motion. This is a built-in security feature and is nothing to be concerned about. EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT To ensure the house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between stays, we are unable to offer early check-in or late check-out. However, early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request and subject to the following fees: - 1 hour before/after = $20 - 2 hours before/after = $40 - 3 hours before/after = $60 If you wish to proceed, I will initiate a "request for money" through Airbnb. Please note that these fees do not include any additional Airbnb service fees. LUGGAGE STORAGE For safety and security reasons, we are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. COFFEE & TEA A basic selection of instant coffee and tea is provided. However, due to food safety regulations, fresh milk is not supplied. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, petrol stations, and grocery stores nearby for any food and drink needs. If you have a preferred brand or blend, feel free to bring your own—just as I do when I travel! 😊 Thank you so much for your understanding.
