To prepare meals at home, there’s a well-equipped kitchen with all the basics, including a coffee maker to help get your day started and a blender for afternoon mixers. To enjoy a sit-down meal, there’s a breakfast bar that can seat 2. The apartment has a lovely bedroom with a queen bed adorned with nice linens and plush pillows to accommodate 1 or 2 guests. The room is outfitted with a Smart TV, a desk and a chair for working on your laptop, and there’s direct access to the balcony. You’ll love all the closet space so you can unpack and feel more at home during your stay. The modern full bath has lots of counter space for your bath essentials and a walk-in shower. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the apartment during your stay. It is required to fill out a form with the identification of the guests to comply with the local laws. Other things to note The building has a security gate at the entrance (with code) and security cameras. The building doesn’t have an elevator. Guests will need to climb stairs. Private airport transfers and private tours can be arranged at an extra cost. Let us know how we can help. A Pack ´n Play/travel crib can be provided for an extra fee. Please let us know upon your booking confirmation if you require one. Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 18 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $200 penalty. - No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay. - Pets are not allowed.
