This spacious 4 bed modern home is stylishly furnished & has been recently decorated. It features its own private front and back garden with a private driveway. The home is located in a quiet area and is perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. There are great transport links to all parts of the city including the centre and the airport, all running regularly. The house comprises of 4 large bed rooms with 2 en-suites, 1 main bathroom and a large open plan living kitchen area. The space This bright spacious home can comfortably accommodate 16 people; it is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The 4 bedrooms include 3 king size beds and 3 sofa beds, with plenty of comfy bed linen and soft towels on top of that their are 2 double air mattresses also available if needed. There is underfloor heating through out the home to keep you snug during the winter. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a smart tv, wireless speaker - for Netflix / amazon and wireless speaker Spotify available (Sofa can be used as a bed upon request) . Dinning area with kitchen that is fully up to date with all the modern appliances plus everything you could need. There is an induction cooker & full dining area with breakfast bar. The house is a great space for groups to chill out after a day out in beautiful Edinburgh. The house is close to the Edinburgh airport, local bars, shops and a woodland park for great walks. The city centre is a short 10 minute car ride away or can be reached by bus. The area is very peaceful is surrounded by Woodland and forestry. We have a new 6 persons hot tub on request, 24 hours notice required.
