Located just minutes from downtown, and close to local ski resorts. Beautiful views of the Wasatch mountains. Includes a separate room for remote working, game time, or relaxing. Lots of parking, large yard, fully fenced. No cleaning fees, and list of rules and instructions, just a welcoming place to relax and feel at home. The three bedrooms have King, Queen and Full sized beds. The dining table seats 4, and counter-bar seats 2. Child portable bed, high-chair, and additional air mattress is available upon request. The bathrooms have a walk-in shower and a tub shower. There is a separate guest house 15 ft behind the home that is occupied by a college student who is quiet and respectful. Note that the front yard, fully fenced back yard and driveway is solely dedicated to the Airbnb guest of the home and is not shared with the renter. Great location! This neighborhood has spacious lots with very quiet and private folks. It is established with wide streets and easy access to main throughways. There is an Exxon service station right around the corner. Ogden has a weekly farmers market event on 25th street every Saturday in the summer, and several great bars and restaurants are located a short drive from the house. A wide selection of grocery stores including Natures Grocer, Smiths, Walmart, Winco, are within 10 minutes of the house. All ski resorts are 30- 45 minutes of the house. Interstate 15 is approx. 10 minutes to the west, and town is about 5 minutes. The bus and UTA rail system is in town with affordable fares to Salt Lake City. Uber and Lyft are both popular transportation sources here.
