Thirty minute drive to Woodland Park, CO, thirty minute drive to the base of Pikes Peak. Many hiking trails near including the beautiful Garden of the God's. Easy walk around the historic Old Colorado City and Downtown Colorado Springs. The space Access to your own bed\bathroom, with lock. Bedroom has skylight to enjoy the natural sunlight of Colorado. 50" smart TV equipped with Netflix in case you want to spend the evening inside. Small kitchenette packed with snacks and coffee (half and half) for the cool mornings. Desk for laptops/computer setups to get your work done! (Looking at you Digital Nomads) Queen size comfortable bed to make sure you get enough sleep! Control of thermostat via Google tablet located on the desk. Open the tablet on the desk and open the app Honeywell Home to adjust the thermostat. Potential for noise during normal business hours. (There are two quiet offices in the front of the building.) Shared covered parking for one vehicle and free street parking and private parking available. Colorado tap water is among some of the best in the country, try it. For those that prefer really cold water there is filtered water on site. Guest access Guests have access to private door to their own room in back of the building and access to their own private full bathroom and kitchenette. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. During your stay I am available to answer any questions about the area or recommend places to eat and see. I run my practice in the front of the building, but will not have access to guest area during the stay. Please, if there is anything that I can help make your stay more enjoyable, reach out. In the same building, is a massage therapist that can be booked upon request. Complementary filtered water is provided but Colorado Springs water is very good to drink out of the tap. The space is cleaned and disinfected between each guest with N-LIST disinfectant and protected with Purteq.
