We are a family of Santiago professionals with many years of work at the UNIVERSITY OF ORIENTE, currently dedicated to renting rooms with 18 years in this activity. The house has 6 rooms prepared for the accommodation of guests with total independence each of them and with independent entrance to the house 4 of them. The space Rooms 1, 2 and 3 are on the first level of the house, all have a double bed and a single bed with capacity for 3 guests each and measure approximately 17 square meters all air-conditioned (Split), hot and cold water (centralized), plasma TV, refrigerator, independent bathrooms and all the conditions that you can find in a facility of this type. On the second level there is a completely new apartment prepared for the purpose of renting rooms. It has 3 rooms of 20 square meters each, independent bathrooms with centralized hot and cold water, split air conditioning for each room, TV, refrigerator and a living-dining room and kitchen equipped with equipment to rent as desired in the room mode or in the apartment mode. Guest access On the first floor you can find an interior patio with a fully equipped bar and the possibility of preparing cocktails and in the back a very large garden patio where breakfast and dinner service is held in addition to enjoying tranquility and being able to observe Zun Zun birds in the morning and afternoon hours. At the top of the house there is a large terrace from which you can observe a good part of the city and rest from the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast and dinner service is provided, as well as guide service in English, French and German upon request and at agreed prices, dance and Spanish classes are arranged and we have the possibility to pick you up at the airport and bus terminal if you wish. Laundry service is provided at your request and we are always ready to guide you and make your stay in Santiago unforgettable.
