Our condo has high ceilings and plenty of room. It is an upper unit condo so please keep in mind that there are two sets of stairs. It is walking distance to several of SPI's best restaurants, Marlin Grocery Store and lots of family-friendly activities. You'll enjoy a great view of the fireworks. Our condo comes with a BOAT SLIP, lighted fishing pier, swimming pool & designated parking space. Back deck has a BBQ and sunset view. There is a minimum age restriction age restriction of 24 The space Recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Condo has central air and heat, tile throughout the first floor and hardwood floors on second story. The upstairs bedrooms have full walk in showers. Washer and dryer. Guest access Entire condo. Private boat slip. Private balconies. Community pool. Gated fishing pier. Other things to note PARKING IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Permits are required to be on your dashboard at all times, otherwise you will be TOWED. Date of stay MUST be written on parking permit. Only (2) vehicles are allowed per unit. One designated parking space is marked 122, the other vehicle may be parked in an UNMARKED space. If someone is parked in your designated parking space (122), do not park in another marked space, contact us directly and we will have them towed. Or park in an unmarked space. If you have a boat trailer, you can park it across the street at Jim Pier's parking lot for a fee. Or you can park it along any street easement as long as it is entirely off the road. Permits are located in the condo.
