Quiet green district, separate access from the garden, homes in the neighborhood, good for couples, groups, solo travelers, families up to 4 people, bedroom and living room with kitchenette, refrigerator, stove with oven The space Small functional bright separate and quiet living area in the basement of our house; consisting of living room with fully equipped kitchenette with in the stove, oven and large refrigerator, here is also the sofa bed. A connecting door separates the bedroom with its own small shower room from the living room. There is also a large desk/workplace with WLAN. The rooms are arranged one behind the other. In front of the living area is a spacious hallway, newly modernized. The laundry room with washing machine and dryer for shared use is also accessible from the same hallway/next door. Pets are allowed, but please ask in advance. The apartment has everything you need and is equipped for self-catering. Oasis of peace after a strenuous city trip.
