Guest access Guests have full use of the property and communal grounds for walking. Exclusive parking space directly outside the property to the right hand side of No.10s front door. Please note - cars are only permitted to park within the grounds of Ladysbridge House. Vans and other commercial type vehicles are requested to park up on the public road Ladysbridge Drive, out with the house grounds. This is a 2 minute walk from the property. Other things to note ** HIGH SPEED FIBRE BROADBAND ** Please note commercial vehicles are strictly prohibited from parking in the courtyard of Ladysbridge House. Any guests arriving in vans etc are advised to park on Ladysbridge Drive outwith Ladysbridge House. This is a two minute walk from the property and is well lit and safe.
