The Verandah - 200m to town

Perfect for guests looking for a quiet central location, The Verandah is located in one of Byron's original neighbourhoods filled with quaint charming cottages of a bygone era. This 2 bedroom suite, is part of Barbara's Guesthouse, however it has its own private entrance and is fully self contained offering complete privacy from the main guest house. The space Through the French entry doors you will find the air-conditioned living space with unlimited Wi-Fi, Smart TV in the verandah and second bedroom. The kitchenette is small and has a toaster, kettle, microwave facilities and a bar fridge. Please note there is no cooktop. There are two bedrooms, a queen room with ceiling fan and a second with two single beds a ceiling fan and TV. There is a good sized bathroom with beautiful encaustic tiles. Outside is a sunny cafe setting a great place to enjoy your breakfast or a coffee. We are extremely close to town only a few hundred meters away and with parking on the property you can leave the car and walk everywhere. Main Beach is about a 5 minute walk from this super handy location. Our laundry facility is shared with the main guesthouse. Registration Details Exempt
