Brand new, Ultra-modern fully furnished spacey 2 Bed, 2 Bath Unit. Nestled in an extremely vibrant pocket of Inner City Brisbane, you will be a stones throw from the famous Gasworks plaza, Emporium, James St and a number of hole in the wall micro breweries and bars that dot the back streets of Newstead. Fitted with a state of the art 65" OLED TV and a wireless home audio solution throughout, the hardest decision will be whether to venture outside, or stay home and enjoy this amazing space. The space The unit is a very spacious 2 bedroom with each bedroom having private access to their own bathroom. Curl up on the couch for a movie, or on the luscious daybed with a book. The choice is yours. The TV is a brand new LG 65" OLED and will provide you with amazing clarity and smart TV integration for any of your streaming needs (feel free to login to any of your accounts). Guest access You will have access to the whole unit aside from a locked multi purpose room and the main bedroom, which is where I will be staying. The bedroom you will occupy has it's own attached private bathroom, with bath. The complex has a shared Gym, pool, sun deck and herb garden that you are most welcome to enjoy. Parking is available on request only, however everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. Visitor parking (4hr limit) and street parking is available readily. During your stay I'll be around, but depending on what's going on, I'm usually at work throughout the day and have limited free time in the evenings however I am always a phone-call or text message away and always happy to offer advice. Other things to note Check in is from 2 pm and out is by 10 am unless there are no adjacent bookings, in which case there is more flexibility.
