We prefer Airbnbers with experience, and understand that this home is our personal living space when we are in the area. TRASH: Please make sure your trash is taken out on trash day. To avoid additional fees please make sure all trash is bagged up properly and taken out on trash day. All trash bags MUST be tied and secured! If trash is not properly tied and discarded on trash day there will be a $75 fee Events/Parties EVENTS AND PARTIES MUST BE DISCLOSED.
