Beautiful Chalet, Wi-Fi, in the heart of nature. Parties are forbidden. 4 (or 6) adults maximum plus 4 children. Directly on the lake, where the walleyes abound. Safe swimming. Close to major centers. 30 minutes to Malartic and Amos. 40 minutes to Rouyn and 55 minutes to Val-d'Or. Unique and peaceful. It is one of the most beautiful cottages to rent in the area. Boat landing 5 minutes from the cottage. Several free trails. Located near the beautiful Aiguebelle Park. CITQ: The space In winter, it's nice to bring your snowshoes. In addition, the parking is cleared of snow but sometimes, not every day. We are sometimes at the mercy of the snow plow, although it often passes. Between the main door and the parking lot there are a few meters of unshoveled snow but it is easy to walk in the small snowy corridor. Guest access The land and lake are yours!!! Other things to note It's important to note that parties are strictly prohibited. It's a quiet and relaxing family cottage. We value the tranquility of our neighbors above all else. We are willing to lend you two double kayaks and paddles, although we disclaim all liability for injuries, drownings or otherwise. The kayaks are double and very heavy. Two adults are needed to put them in the water. Remember to bring flotation jackets in your size. Never take a boat without a flotation jacket and adequate experience. Kayaks are not toys. Never let children play with them without supervision. We have a few standard flotation jackets to help you out only. Bring your own water safety equipment. In summer, there is a rather pleasant outdoor shower. If it doesn't work, it's because we have to open a rather well-hidden valve.
