Beautiful Chalet, Wi-Fi, in the heart of nature. Parties are forbidden. 4 (or 6) adults maximum plus 4 children. Directly on the lake, where the walleyes abound. Safe swimming. Close to major centers. 30 minutes to Malartic and Amos. 40 minutes to Rouyn and 55 minutes to Val-d'Or. Unique and peaceful. It is one of the most beautiful cottages to rent in the area. Boat landing 5 minutes from the cottage. Several free trails. Located near the beautiful Aiguebelle Park. CITQ: The space In winter, it's nice to bring your snowshoes. In addition, the parking is cleared of snow but sometimes, not every day. We are sometimes at the mercy of the snow plow, although it often passes. Between the main door and the parking lot there are a few meters of unshoveled snow but it is easy to walk in the small snowy corridor. Guest access The land and lake are yours!!! Other things to note It is important to note that parties and events are strictly prohibited. Our chalet is a family-friendly, quiet and relaxing place, and we are committed to preserving the tranquility of our neighbors. Water activities and safety: We provide you with two very old double kayaks with their paddles for free. Please note that we are not responsible for any injury, drowning or any other incident. Since the kayaks are double and very heavy, two adults are required to launch them. For your safety: Remember to bring life jackets that fit your size. Never take a boat without adequate safety gear and a minimum level of experience. Kayaks are not toys: never allow children to use them without constant adult supervision. We have a few standard life jackets just to help you out, but we strongly recommend that you bring your own water safety equipment. Fishing: Be aware that fishing from the shore is rather difficult, as the water can be low depending on the season. However, you can fish from the Tancrède Bridge or directly on the lake if you have your own boat. Amenities and safety: Outdoor shower: In the summer, you can enjoy a very nice outdoor shower. If it doesn't work when you arrive, it's simply because a valve (rather well hidden) needs to be opened.
