HermiinStay - apartment w/ sauna and hot tub

This spacious (125 m2) penthouse with a sauna, hot tub, large terrace and tortoise is something you surely will enjoy! House Amenities: * Spacious living room with open kitchen and all cooking utensils * Espresso machine with coffee beans * Only 5 minutes walk from centre * Fast 200/200 Mbit/s internet * 55-inch OLED TV w/ Netflix Premium and 59 tv channels * 2 bathrooms plus sauna with sauna front room * 3 bedrooms + 2 rooms suitable for sleeping * Large terrace * Private parking space The space 🏡 This apartment is situated in Supilinn known as 'Soup Town'. This is a unique neighbourhood of Tartu. It is really lovely part of Tartu with lots of old wooden houses and many cats and cafes. It is quiet neighborhood but still everything is in walkable distance. 🚙 There is one dedicated parking spot in the gated courtyard. Also, it is possible to park with no charge on the Lepiku street. 🛌 There are three bedrooms in level 1 and one bedroom in level 2. 🔹Level 1 bedrooms The master bedroom has a comfortable and wide continental bed (160 cm). The other bedrooms have traditional Soup Town wooden beds (140 cm and 160 cm). All this level bedrooms have reading lamps and blackout blinds. All this for you to make the night as pleasant as possible. The beds have comfortable and high-quality Sleepwell spring mattresses, which are packed with 5-zone pocket suspension. 🔹Level 2 bedroom The fourth bedroom also known as “The Attic” has two comfy mattresses. NB! For this bedroom you have to use narrow staircase so it is not suitable for small children or people with mobility issues. 🔹The living room The living room has a large couch (can open up as a bed), the side table, an 📺 OLED LG 55-inch smart TV with Telia Standart with 59 channels. Also, it is possible to enjoy Netflix with my Premium subscription or watch YouTube Premium or use any other smart TV app. Next to the TV is a children's corner, where they have their own table and chairs, as well as a treasure chest with some toys. 🔹The kitchen The kitchen has a dining table, a kitchenette with an oven and a ceramic stove, and a dishwasher. There are pans, pots, plates and everything else necessary for cooking. Also, a toaster, a French Press, a hand mixer, an old-school waffle maker. I can give you a recipe for making wonderful waffles 🧇 Also fully automatic espresso machine (with coffee beans already included). It is possible to make espresso, americano and even foam milk if you prefer milk based drinks. I have not forgotten oil for frying, salt, sugar, tea, pepper, other spices and olive oil. Besides, there is flour, oatmeal and other basic dry ingredients in the cupboard, which all you can use. 🔹The terrace My favourite place during warm season! In the summer there are lots of flowers and greenery. Hermiine, the tortoise spends her summer in here also. You can sunbathe on a sun lounger or enjoy your morning coffee or chill. Watch sunrise and the sunset. 🔹Bathrooms There are two bathrooms, small and large. The small bathroom with a mirror and the shower corner is next to the bedrooms. The large bathroom is next to the living room. In the large bathroom can wash yourself and relax in the Jacuzzi. It has both air and water massage functions for you to enjoy. 🔹Sauna One of the highlights of the apartment is definitely sauna. It takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the right temperature and after that it is pure enjoyment. What could be more pleasant than warming up your body in the sauna in this cold and dark time? 🐢Hermiine The one and only guardian of the house is a Russian tortoise Hermiine. She was rescued from the Shelter of Homeless Animals of Tartu in 2008 and been with our family ever since. She may be over 40 years old, but she is still very lively and a good companion. Her favorite is dandelion and cherry tomatoes, also green grapes. Likes hand feeding. Guest access The whole apartment, one parking spot and children`s playground in the gated courtyard. Other things to note - No parties - Keep clean - Only registered guests - Disturbing neighbours are prohibited - Quiet hours from 23 pm to 7 am - You will be sharing the apartment with a tortoise Hermiine - There is a Indoor Air Quality Monitor installed in the apartment to make sure that home environment (humidity, temperature, CO2 and noise) are in healthy level.
