We want our open space to make you feel welcome when you arrive. During the day, you can visit the city and in the evening enjoy reading a good book while sipping a tasty and fragrant herbal tea. The apartment is about a 20-minute walk from the center. It is well served by public transport, car sharing and bikes. If you wish, you can use the kitchen, order takeaway, or go to the restaurants near our loft. Enjoy your stay! The space The apartment is on the ground floor, which will make it easy to arrive with your luggage. It has a separate entrance and includes a large living area equipped with all amenities: TV, air conditioning, sofa bed and a well-stocked bookcase. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities to make your stay more pleasant. There is an electric oven and microwave, a toaster, a Bialetti coffee machine, a Moka pot, a kettle with a choice of infusions that you can taste, and anything else you may want will be at your disposal to give you relaxation after a day of visits. Breakfast is not included, but there are pods, coffee for the moka pot, snacks, and small surprises for you. The sleeping area with a double bed is located in the loft accessible by a wooden staircase. IF THERE ARE TWO OF YOU, we assume that you will sleep together in the double bed. If you want to sleep separately, it is possible, but you will have to specify this at the time of booking. An amount of €30 for "extra sheets" will be added to the total cost. The bathroom with shower is spacious and complete with shampoo, shower gel and conditioner, 3 towels per person (shower towel, medium and small towel for bidet), hairdryer and a small hair straightener. In the dressing room there is a laundry column consisting of a washer and dryer. *IMPORTANT * Everything in the house is available to our guests: we ask you to use it carefully as if you were at home and to leave it available to the next guests. Guest access Easily accessible from the highway exit, it is conveniently located to visit the various attractions of the city. The accommodation is in a side street of the Ospedale Maggiore, about a ten-minute walk from the Opificio Golinelli, Magneti Marelli and the Dall'Ara Stadium. Parking is available on the streets adjacent to the apartment (for a fee from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and in a free parking lot located at the Certosa (7-minute walk from the accommodation).
