Guest access The house is located about 5 minutes by car from the airport, 15 minutes from the boardwalk, and very close to avenues with all kinds of businesses, supermarkets, restaurants and access to the tourist area of Cozumel. Other things to note The neighborhood is 100% local, so you can occasionally hear criers, music, characteristic of an island neighborhood. It's our home, which we've cared for and now share with our guests. It has an electric water heater, a tank and a pump to raise water, manually operated from the garage. All these details are explained in the manual when the reservation is confirmed.
