The space The apartment is located in the heart of the 16th arrondissement of Paris. Accessible via a staircase, it is part of our home, where we live on site. While considered a guest room, it is entirely dedicated to you: you will enjoy full privacy and all the comforts of a whole apartment, with a living area and complete amenities. This beautiful listed building was originally an artist’s workshop, built by sculptor Paul Albert Bartholomé in 1900 and converted into a residence in 2014. Overlooking a quiet courtyard, it’s the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Modern and thoughtfully decorated, the space includes a bright living area and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, and kettle. The living room is spacious and filled with natural light, featuring classic Parisian parquet floors. The bedroom is warm and inviting, with a double bed. A sofa bed can comfortably accommodate two additional guests. The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine, and the toilet is separate. All bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels are provided. Guest access The entire accommodation is accessible to travelers. Other things to note Note: There are stairs to access the flat. Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
