Little apartment with terrace

Very bright room and quiet top-floor apartment with a charming terrace, a little oasis within the bustling city of Naples. Situated in the heart of the historic Materdei district, a central neighborhoods in Naples, this apartment and this terrace offer the perfect setting for an immersive and peaceful stay. An opportunity to experience the daily life of the welcoming locals in this lively neighborhood. You can easily take a bus or walk downtown, and the Subway Station Materdei is very close. The space The room and the house is part of an ancient building and has been totally renovated, giving a new life to an abandoned and dilapidated place. Most of the furniture is made by our family, thanks mostly to my father who is a sculptor and wood expert. Guest access The guests have full access to the kitchen, living room, terrace and washing machine. During your stay I enjoy spending time with my guests, such as going out and having meals together if they are interested. At the same time, I like to give my guests space and privacy. They can also reach out to me through my phone number whenever they need assistance. Other things to note This is a private room in our shared apartment. We live in the same flat and enjoy talking and interacting with our guests. The house is located on the top floor (5th). Like many historic buildings in the city, there is no elevator, so the apartment is not recommended for very elderly people, guests with mobility issues, or anyone who prefers to avoid climbing many stairs.
